EFFICIENT!! HONEST!!! Great customer service!!!!!! Mark was extremely thorough. He explained everything to me and kept me updated with everything that needed to be done. Mark was fair and courteous. He has great communication skills and I plan to return here for all service I need on my vehicles in the future.

Was referred to Mark by a coworker. Called over from work with a nail in my tire. He told me I can come as soon as I got off. I got there and my tire was plugged in minutes! I think I found my new mechanic! Reasonably priced too. Thanks again Mark!

I was satisfied with the work done on multiple vehicles I brought to them. One of the services was done in less than one hour to my shock. I appreciated the knowledge and honesty. Instead of focusing on making money, the owner Mark gave me advice as if he’d known me for years. That advise saved me from potentially spending a lot of money. The mechanics Lamar and Marcos were very kind, friendly and explained the ins and outs of work done. Mark took the time to send me a video of what was found with the vehicle further solidifying the pride this business takes to do things the right way.

When it comes to 5 Star Auto Best service in town. Mark the mechanic? One word Amazing. They are busy but its worth the wait if you have too. Most likely he will get you in and out because he values everyone's time and takes care of everyone's car . My car was sitting for almost 3 years because I needed a engine for my 2011 buick .. I called several places and even tried to ask family for help. Got no luck. Either the price was to high or I didn't get much information or it was always something else. May of 2025 searching on Google I came across 5 star auto. You have to leave a message on the voice mail because he got back to me in under 1 hr . He asked me what was going on with my car and in less then 30 minutes from our 1st conversation I had a engine and the price was better then I could have ever asked for .. mind you we are talking about prices from $5000-$7000 ... baby I tell you i spend no were near that . I call him for everything now When I say he is reliable and has great customer service you will not regret it .... Thank you My forever Mechanic Shop

I cannot say thank you enough to Mark for the excellent service received with the problems I was experiencing with my vehicles! There are not enough stars to show how appreciative I am for all of his assistance. Mark provided some insight and details of what was wrong with each vehicle and how the issues could be resolved. He explained everything every step of the way. He was spot on with the repairs and is definitely my go to mechanic from now on!

I have received excellent service from 5starauto…and will continue to go to them for any problems with my vehicle. I had several problems with my car that needed to be fixed. Not only was the price fair but the owner went out of his way to explain everything to me clearly, so I understood what needed to be done. Each time they have worked on my car, the problem was fixed and never needed to be thought about again. This is the very best mechanic shop I’ve been to and will continue to bring all my cars there. Best Customer Service ever! Always available when I need my car serviced. I’ve recommended quite a few people to this shop! The owner is always willing to work with you and has a pleasant attitude.
